Accolade strengthens its leasing team Renata Nowacka joins the company
Accolade is reinforcing its team responsible for tenant relations in Poland. Renata Nowacka joins the company as Leasing Manager, where she will oversee leasing processes across Accolade’s Polish portfolio and support the development of tenant partnerships in industrial and logistics parks nationwide.
In her new role, Renata will focus on building long-term, partnership-based relationships with tenants and supporting companies at every stage of cooperation—from initial negotiations to portfolio growth and lease renewals. Her responsibilities are closely aligned with the needs of businesses operating in Accolade’s parks, reflecting the company’s strategy of fostering strong tenant relationships and actively supporting their business decisions.

Renata brings many years of experience in leasing and asset management gained at leading investment and development companies. Prior to joining Accolade, she served as Senior Leasing Manager at The Shire–Beyond Coworking, where she was responsible for space commercialization and team management. Previously, she worked as Senior Leasing and Asset Manager at Panattoni / Blue Assets, collaborating with key investors on projects aimed at driving asset value, and as Leasing Manager at Octava Property Trust, where she oversaw office leasing and the rebranding process of the Krakowska 61 Centre within Okęcie Park.
Renata holds a degree from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at Warsaw University of Technology. Privately, she is a sports enthusiast and a proud owner of a British Shorthair cat.
