Accolade expands Park Gorzów Wielkopolski II. New cross-dock facility for DPD Polska strengthens regional coverage

Accolade is developing a new cross-dock facility for DPD at Park Gorzów Wielkopolski II. The building, spanning approximately 5,300 sqm, will support courier operations across the region and become another DPD location within Accolade's Polish portfolio. The investment reflects the growing role of mid-sized cities as a base for logistics, e-commerce, and fast distribution.

The new facility will include around 4,600 sqm of warehouse and operational space, plus more than 660 sqm of office space. Its cross-dock function answers the needs of courier operators, for whom efficient parcel flow, access to road infrastructure, and the ability to serve local and regional distribution routes are essential. DPD already uses space in Accolade parks in Białystok, Koszalin, Elbląg, and Jelenia Góra, occupying over 12,600 sqm in total. Once the Gorzów Wielkopolski facility opens, the partnership will cover nearly 18,000 sqm across five locations in Poland.

"Our partnership with DPD shows that industrial parks in mid-sized cities now play a very practical role in the economy. They are not only places to store goods, but infrastructure that supports the day-to-day operations of companies, consumers, and local markets. Gorzów Wielkopolski fits this model well, thanks to its location in western Poland and access to regional distribution routes," says Agnieszka Niezgodzka, Asset Management Director at Accolade in Poland.

Gorzów Wielkopolski is one of the promising locations for the warehouse and logistics sector. Its significance is driven by factors including proximity to the western border, the availability of investment land, and developing infrastructure. For companies serving the Polish and German markets, the western part of the country remains an important direction for expanding distribution networks.

"The Gorzów Wielkopolski facility is already DPD's fifth location with Accolade and another step in building a dense, efficient operational network in Poland. Modern infrastructure and greater warehouse capacity allow us to grow our operations where we need to and maintain high service quality at the pace a growing e-commerce market demands. We invest in infrastructure that genuinely supports the daily service of customers and local markets," says Martyna Kurkowska-Trzmiel, Press Spokesperson at DPD Poland.

Park Gorzów Wielkopolski II is part of Accolade's regional portfolio in Poland. The company develops industrial parks beyond the largest metropolitan areas, supporting tenants in locations that combine access to labour markets, infrastructure, and the operational base businesses need.
