The Accolade Industrial Fund generated a stable return in the second quarter of 2020. Year-on-year appreciation climbed to 12,77% in CZK class.

The general situation on the industrial property market in the countries in which we operate seems stable at this moment.  New tenants who have a need to produce, sell, or store continues to appear.  Based on recent data from various sources, e-commerce has skipped five, and in some territories even ten years of the gradual growth of its share in retail sales, which is more than originally estimated.  In the inventory management are switching from the “just in time” model, which was always based on minimizing stock and warehousing costs, to the “just in case” model that ensures greater stability in covering peaks.
