Park Cheb was declared the best industrial zone in Central Europe of 2017. It has also received a BREEAM sustainability certification at the level of “Very Good” and “Excellent”, which has made it one of the best rated “green” parks in the Czech Republic and all of central Europe. The property also incorporates habitats for small animals, so-called “ještěrkoviště”, in the shape of ribbons as a symbol of the battle against breast cancer.

Locale and traffic accessibility

  • The A9, A93, A4, and A72 motorways offer excellent access to Germany.
  • Expressway I/21 lies near the Park, joining Prague and Nuremberg and connecting to the D5 motorway.

Excellent transportation to Germany is provided by the A9, A93, A4, and A72 motorways to Regensburg, Munich, Leipzig, and Chemnitz. The A93 motorway itself is a 15-minute drive from the Park. Expressway I/21 lies near the park, joining Prague and Nuremberg and connecting to the D5 motorway. There is a bus stop for mass city transit directly in the Park. The European rail corridor from Prague to Nuremberg passes through the city. The local route provides rail connection with the outlying areas of Germany and Czechia.
