Accolade Park Rzeszów Airport III is a fully leased complex comprising two buildings with a total area of over 33,000 m². The first building, with an area of 11,881 m², is a BTS facility developed for a logistics operator. The second hall, with an area of 21,692 m², is used by companies in the logistics and e-commerce sectors, as well as public institutions. The project is BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level, which signifies the implementation of numerous solutions designed to reduce energy and water consumption. The park borders directly on Zone S1-3 of the Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park Aeropolis, a complex of investment areas covered by the EURO-PARK Mielec Special Economic Zone.

Locale and traffic accessibility

The park is distinguished by its excellent location, situated between the A4 highway and the runway of the Rzeszów–Jasionka Airport, which ensures quick access to major transportation corridors leading toward Wrocław, Kraków, and Lviv. The S19 expressway also runs near the Park, providing excellent connectivity to Lublin and Warsaw. The drive to the center of Rzeszów takes about 15 minutes. The drive to Kraków takes 1 hour and 45 minutes, while the drive to Warsaw takes just 3 hours.
