Accolade Park Duchcov is being developed on a brownfield site with a history of coal mining in the Ústí nad Labem Region. Once completed, it will offer 37,692 m² of modern industrial space suitable for logistics, manufacturing, and storage. The location benefits from the region's long industrial tradition, well-developed infrastructure, and a readily available skilled workforce. The park is targeting BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification and will feature photovoltaic panels, a rainwater harvesting system, and other elements of responsible operation.
