The Park is being erected on the build-to-suit principle, and will include a logistics center, light industry halls, and a research and development center to meet the requirements of the tenant – global manufacturer and supplier of the railroad transportation technology. The industrial center development and the resulting development of infrastructure make the Park one of the best locations in the region.
