Prague Business Park
Prague Business Park is a brownfield investment of the Group. The project is phased and is being permitted in individual stages. Currently, it has been granted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) permit, and the permitting process is underway for Phase 1, which includes Buildings 2–4. Further development of the site will be subject to permitting in subsequent phases. With its 44,770 m², the park will offer industrial space suitable for logistics and manufacturing. The location is unique due to its position within Prague and its accessibility to key motorways in the Czech Republic. The park is targeting BREEAM sustainability certification at the "Excellent" level.
