Park Teplice South was built on the site of the former brownfield site of the Kavalier glassworks and went through a total of four construction phases. The last phase was completed in the first half of 2023. With its 32,484 sqm, it is an industrial space suitable for logistics, production and warehousing. The surrounding area of the park also offers a skilled workforce due to its long industrial tradition, higher unemployment and large population. The park gained BREEAM sustainability certification at the 'Excellent' level, which is extremely above average.

Locale and traffic accessibility
