Park Bydgoszcz III is located in the center of Poland, in Kujawsko – Pomorskie province. It is very well connected with other regions in the country, both in terms of road and rail transport. The Accolade building is part of the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technology Park, which, with a total area of 280 ha, is one of the largest industrial zones in Poland.

Accolade is currently constructing a rental facility with a total usable area of over 44,000 m², offering modern warehouse space for light manufacturing and logistics.

Transport accessibility is ensured by the S25 expressway connecting northern Koszalin with southern Konin, the S10 road leading from Szczecin to Warsaw, and the S5 road from Poznań to Gdańsk. Near the park, there is also a river port with a capacity of 2 million tons of goods per year, which lies on the European river route E70 Antwerp - Lithuania. Access to the park is ensured by public bus transport.
