The first Dutch investment with a value exceeding one and a half billion Czech korunas is a modern park in Roermond near the city of Venlo, which is an important European logistics hub. These are two fully finished industrial halls that have achieved full occupancy. With an area of 43 thousand sqm, the Roermond Park is suitable for companies from the logistics, supply and light industry sector. Nine times already, the city of Venlo has been rated as the most important logistics area in Netherlands. Five of the ten largest logistics transactions of 2019, with a value of approximately 400 million euros, have been concluded in Venlo.

An inland container terminal with a storage capacity of 12,000 TEU a month and located within 10 minutes of travel time from the Park provides a connection with Rotterdam, Antwerp, and Cologne. Four international airports in Eindhoven, Weeze, Düsseldorf, and Cologne are within one hour of travel time. The Netherlands has the largest inland railway terminal that provides a connection between Germany and Sweden. Public transport near the Park ensures a comfortable commute for employees.
