The first Dutch investment with a value exceeding one and a half billion Czech korunas is a modern park in Roermond near the city of Venlo, which is an important European logistics hub. These are two fully finished industrial halls that have achieved full occupancy. With an area of 43 thousand sqm, the Roermond Park is suitable for companies from the logistics, supply and light industry sector. Nine times already, the city of Venlo has been rated as the most important logistics area in Netherlands.
