Park Chomutov South is going through the permitting stages of construction and we currently have an effective zoning permit for Hall 1. With its 25,539 sq m, it will be an industrial space suitable for manufacturing and logistics. Thanks to its excellent location and proximity to the German border, the park is ideal for international companies with branches or customers in Germany. The park is aiming for BREEAM sustainability certification at the “Excellent” level.
