Park Cheb East

Accolade Funds Park Cheb East is part of an industrial zone in the Karlovy Vary region, located near the village of Okrouhlá. The first phase of the project was successfully completed in the first half of 2024. With its 80,000 m² and permitted clear height of 12.6 m, it offers spaces for logistics and production. The current tenant is tire manufacturer Goodyear. The industrial zone in Cheb ranks among the top in the field of sustainability, and Accolade Funds Park Cheb East with its parameters will significantly strengthen and expand the Karlovy Vary infrastructure. The entire project aims to obtain the prestigious green BREEAM certification in the Outstanding category. Another advantage of the park is its location outside the municipality, moreover in immediate proximity to a Class 1 road with a short driving distance to the D6 motorway.
