Park Cheb East will be part of an industrial zone in the Karlovy Vary region, not far from the village of Okrouhlá. Construction work is currently being done on the project and the expected completion date is early 2024. With its 80,000 m2 and permitted net height of 12.6 m, it will offer premises for logistics and production. The industrial zone in Cheb is one of the leaders in sustainability and Park Cheb East will significantly strengthen and expand the Karlovy Vary infrastructure with its parameters. The park will aim to achieve an Outstanding rating in the prestigious BREEAM green certification. Another of the park’s advantages will be its location outside the village, in addition to its close proximity to a class 1 road with a short driving distance to the D6 motorway.
