Park Cheb East

Okrouhlá, Czech republic

Park Cheb East will be part of an industrial zone in the Karlovy Vary region, not far from the village of Okrouhlá. In April 2024, a large portion of the building was handed over to tenant Goodyear. An expansion of 18,200 m2 is planned. With 79,000 m2 and a permitted net height of 12.6 m, it offers space for logistics and production. The industrial zone in Cheb is one of the leaders in sustainability and Park Cheb East will significantly strengthen and expand the Karlovy Vary infrastructure with its parameters. The park will aim to achieve an Outstanding rating in the prestigious BREEAM green certification. Another of the park’s advantages will be its location outside the village, in addition to its close proximity to a class 1 road with a short driving distance to the D6 motorway.
