Park Ostrava West
Park Ostrava West in the Moravian-Silesian Region will offer a complex of four buildings with a total built-up area of approximately 92 000 m2. It has received all the necessary zoning permits, thus opening up new opportunities to international companies. The complex will have its own heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and waste water treatment plant. The park, whose sustainable construction is aiming for at least a BREEAM Excellent rating, will be primarily intended for light manufacturing purposes and will be ideal for international companies with branches or customers in Poland and Slovakia.
Locale and traffic accessibility
- Connection to the D1 motorway
- 14 km from Ostrava, the third largest city in the Czech Republic
The park will be built at Exit 330 of the D1 motorway and so will be directly connected to the Prague – Ostrava route, which leads on to Katowice and the Polish interior. As well as good accessibility to train and bus networks, Leoš Janáček Airport is built close to the site.
