Park Linhartice is currently going through the permitting process and has a valid zoning decision. The hall with an area of 10,930 m² will serve as an industrial space, suitable mainly for light manufacturing and logistics. The park is located in a historically industrial region, which will ensure access to a sufficient number of qualified workforce. The goal is to achieve BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, which will guarantee an environmentally friendly and sustainable approach to the construction and operation of the park.

Locale and traffic accessibility

The project is located 2 km from the planned exit from the D35 motorway section Opatovec – Staré Město, with the construction of this section expected in 2027. At the same time, the project is located directly at the exit from the E442 road, which connects Karlovy Vary with Žilina.

The project includes building a new exit from the E442 road and reconstruction of the existing road along the I/35 road, which will divert freight traffic. This measure will ensure that residents of surrounding municipalities will not be exposed to increased traffic load.
