Park Nový Bor is currently undergoing construction permit phases. Phase I has received permit approval for the construction of an industrial space covering 24,586 m² suitable for logistics and manufacturing. Thanks to its excellent location and proximity to German and Polish borders, the Park is ideal for international companies with branches or customers in Poland and Germany. The complex will be built in a region with a rich industrial tradition, focused primarily on glass production, which ensures sufficient availability of qualified workforce with a focus on industrial manufacturing. The Park aims for BREEAM sustainable approach certification at the "Excellent" level, which ranks among above-average standards.

Locale and traffic accessibility

Nový Bor is a town in the northern part of the Česká Lípa district, on the border of the protected landscape areas of the Lusatian Mountains and the Bohemian Central Highlands. It is known especially for its glass industry. The town and its parts have approximately 11 thousand inhabitants. The industrial park will be located on the I/9 road connecting Prague, Neratovice, Mělník, Česká Lípa, Nový Bor and Rumburk. It continues via the Rumburk/Ebersbach-Neugersdorf border crossing into Saxony.
