Phase I has received permit approval for the construction of an industrial space covering 24,586 m² suitable for logistics and manufacturing. Nový Bor is a town in the northern part of the Česká Lípa district, on the border of the protected landscape areas of the Lusatian Mountains and the Bohemian Central Highlands. It is known especially for its glass industry. The town and its parts have approximately 11 thousand inhabitants. The industrial park will be located on the I/9 road connecting Prague, Neratovice, Mělník, Česká Lípa, Nový Bor and Rumburk. It continues via the Rumburk/Ebersbach-Neugersdorf border crossing into Saxony.
