Park Zielona Góra is located nine kilometers from the center of Zielona Góra town in western Poland in Lubusz Province. The Park is connected directly with the adjacent scientific and technical campus of Zielona Góra university. Thanks to the available technically skilled employees it offers an ideal base for manufacturing companies as well as for the related logistics. The park is a part of a special economic zone. Total GLA of the Park is 80 594 sqm, expansion of the Park is under preparation with total GLA of 43 000 sqm.

The Park is located on the new city bypass highway; the feeder road to motorway S3 connecting the north and south of Poland is only five minutes away.

Population in the region

Zielona Góra has a population of 140,000 and is the largest city of Lubusz Provincein western Poland. There are two colleges with approximately 15,000 students. There are a number of IT companies in the city, and electrical engineering has also long tradition here. Zielona Góra has been historically known as a wine region.

Location and accessibility

Park Zielona Góra is located directly on the new city bypass highway, which makes it easily accessible from motorway S3 connecting the north and south of Poland; the cities of Szczecin and Wrocław are approximately two hours away. The park is connected with Berlin via motorway A2, less than two and half hours away. The same travel time is to Dresden on motorway A4. The drive to Prague takes three and half hours; to Warsaw four hours. A public transport bus stop is located near the park.
