Kielce Park is a project carried out in four phases with a target area of 69,561 m2. The first three phases have  53,732 m2 of space, obtained occupancy permit in Q4 2018 and Q2 2019. Last building, totaling 15,829 m2 of space is planned to be delivered in 2020.

An excellent location in the vicinity of Kielce Trade Fairs results in increased interest in warehouse areas especially for light industry and e-commerce.

Available resources of qualified personnel and a ten percent lower level of remuneration in relation to the national average favorably affect the investment attractiveness of the region.

Kielce is the largest city in the Świętokrzyskie voivodship with a total population of nearly 190,000 inhabitants, being also a largest center of the Kielce Agglomeration populated by 330,000 people. 

There are 10 universities operating in Kielce educating over 20,000 students.

Kielce Park is located in the town’s ubran zone in vicinity of S7 expressway connecting Gdańsk, Warsaw, Kielce and Cracow. A road node Kielce West connecting roads S7 and 74 is just a few kilometers away.
