Konin Accolade Park is ideally located in central Poland, near the A2 motorway connecting Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Germany. The frequented Berlin–Moscow railway corridor also runs through the town. The Warta River, flowing through Konin, makes it possible to use the canal system up to the Baltic Sea. The town itself has 80,000 inhabitants, with 3.4 million people living in the Central Poland region. Konin is now the centre of the energy industry for both its region and the whole of Poland. There are companies such as Roland International Polska Sp. z o.o., Express Polska, Agtos Polska Sp. z o.o. and Pradera Konin Sp. z o.o.
Konin Park lies right at the exit of a four-lane road linking the Konin streets with the A2 motorway. It is located inside the town, right next to the railway station. There is also a railway siding on the site. Thanks to the A2 motorway, the journey from Konin to Warsaw takes about two hours, Poznań is about an hour away, Wroclaw is two and a half hours from the town, and Krakow is four hours away. The journey to Berlin takes three and a half hours, and the journey to Prague takes five hours.
