Park Szczecin I is the Group's brownfield investment on the site of a former military factory. Largely thanks to this, it received a BREEAM sustainable approach certificate at the "Very Good" level. It is located 1.5 hours from the port of Szczecin - Świnoujście. With a cargo turnover of 23 million tons per year, the port is the largest in the Baltic Sea and is considered the most important port for the region of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Locale and traffic accessibility

  • Excellent access to the Park is provided by a connection to the network of international highways and expressways.

Excellent access to the Park is provided by the connection to the network of international highways and expressways. The A6 motorway to Berlin is in the immediate vicinity of the park. The S3 and S10 expressways connect the Park with the A2 motorway, which serves the entire region of Poland and the Czech Republic. The park is located a 20-minute drive from the Szczecin-Goleniów airport. Public transport from the Park is provided by buses with a stop right outside the complex and the train station a 7-minute walk away.
