Your job responsibilities will include:
- Bank financing of the projects during development as well as investment phase
- Initial review/preparation of the project budgets, communication with Developer
- Preparation of bank drawdowns and respective info packages for the banks
- Monitoring of bank covenants and reporting to the banks
- Communication with external valuation experts and project monitors
- Timely reporting to the banks and obtaining consents to distribute free cash from project companies
- on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of cash flow models for individual projects for the purposes of bank financing
- Preparation of the data needed for regular reporting (Fund NAV reporting, managerial reporting,
- statutory reporting, etc.)
- Timely update of the portfolio data ("general overview", "financial overview", etc.) - this is very important for other teams that work with the data.
Skills and requirements:

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Land Development team. Have you finished school (economics or construction education) and are you looking for a job? So read on. At the beginning, the Junior is the right hand of the Senior Manager and helps with project management - from the search for locations, permitting processes to construction and handing over to the tenant. After a while, you will have the opportunity to manage your own projects from A to Z.
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Searching and evaluating new locations and opportunities
- Project management in its entirety
- Negotiations with landowners, designers, technical supervision, construction managers, state administration authorities, engineering infrastructure administrators, but also top managers of our tenants
- Creation and management of project financial budgets, cost control and cooperation with the finance department in securing bank financing
- Creation of reports and business contracts
Skills and requirements:
- University education in economics or construction

- Driver’s license type B

What to expect:
- complete accounting and tax management of several companies (separate accounting units up to the size of micro and small accounting units)

Project Manager
What will be your job:
- Supporting the Asset Management team and the managed portfolio from a construction and technical perspective
- Comprehensive management of smaller projects (building, reconstruction, etc.) in all its phases: commissioning and controlling the preparation of all necessary documents (PD, studies and visualizations, expert opinions), tendering of contractors, supervision of engineering, supervisors and other construction participants, construction implementation (participation in KD), handover and acceptance of construction, approval
- Negotiations and communications with designers, TDI, construction contractors, and, where appropriate, with the relevant government authorities and utility infrastructure managers, etc.
- Financial supervision of the project - budget creation and control, invoicing
- Coordination of annual technical audits of construction in cooperation with TDI, description of quality deficiencies
- Implementation of findings from technical audits into the company's Construction Standards (WhiteBook)
- In collaboration with TDI, ensuring the course of the complaint procedure with building contractors - notification of defects, inspection, and acceptance of defects removed, reporting, in partnership with the legal department, application of contractual claims for defect removal
- Evaluation of tenders for construction contractors, preparation of purchase orders and SoD (in cooperation with the legal department)
- Coordination of the uniform appearance of the surroundings of the buildings - collaboration in the creation of design and branding of parks, making the surroundings of the buildings more attractive (orchard landscaping, garden visualization)
- Solution of buildings in terms of energy efficiency and environmental impact, analysis of the possibility of drawing subsidies
- Long-term planning of investments and reconstruction projects of the company
What we require from you:
- A university degree in civil engineering or technical engineering
- Experience in project management in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of permitting processes and construction law is a great advantage
- Excellent communication and reasoning skills
- Responsibility, independence, reliability
- Communicative knowledge of EN
- Driving license with Sk. B
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM is an advantage
- Knowledge of the industrial market is an advantage
