Park characteristics
The proposed industrial park in Přerov will consist of two halls that will be ideal for building modern warehouse and production facilities with a total area of 32,068 m². Thanks to its strategic location near highways D1 and D55, it offers excellent accessibility not only within the Czech Republic but also at the international level. The complex will be developed in a region with a rich industrial tradition, which will ensure sufficient availability of skilled labor. The project will also focus on obtaining BREEAM Excellent certification for sustainable approach.
