The project location is 2 km from highway D1. The project is also situated near the D55 highway section Kokory-Přerov, which will be put into operation in 2029. The exit from highway D55 will also be only 2 km away from the industrial park.
Accessibility

The project is located close to the connection to highway D1 and in the coming years will also be complemented by a connection to highway D55, making the location strategically advantageous. A new bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the industrial park will also be an added value for the building users.
