In 2014, Park Stříbro won the Best Industrial Zone in the Czech Republic award in the Investor competition and Commercial Real Estate of the Year from the CzechInvest agency and AFI. The subsequent expansions of the park resulted in the creation of nearly one thousand jobs in the district with the highest unemployment rate in the Czech Republic. The park buildings obtained a BREEAM sustainability certification at the level of “Very good”. The building of the company Lear obtained a BREEAM sustainability certification at the level of “Outstanding”.
