A modern industrial hall with the necessary administrative, social and technical facilities, built exclusively for Doosan, is strategically located at Exit 28 of the D5 motorway. A great advantage for the surroundings of the park is a sufficient distance from the residential area of the town of Zdice, completely without the need to pass freight traffic through the inhabited area. The park also received BREEAM certification at the level of "Excellent".
