Our parks are buzzing, even in autumn
This time we don’t mean the activities of our tenants, but the bees that we take care of all year round. And right now we are all especially busy! Our tiny neighbours are preparing for the long winter season and during the warmer days, they collect pollen from the remaining flowering plants. But mainly they are sporadically flying out from the apiaries that are part of our ESG strategy, for example in Přeštice, Western Bohemia and in Szczecin, Poland. All this and much more is already known among the children from Preštice Primary School, for whom we organized a “Bee awareness day”, where the main task of the beekeepers was to provide information about the importance of honey producers for our ecosystem. We love to help bees and we hope that we can be an inspiration for future generations. Our role as a responsible neighbour and our emphasis on caring for the environment actually starts with the little ones.
