Accolade Expands Park Kielce. Tenants Take Over Space in the New Building

Accolade is expanding Park Kielce with a new facility offering more than 13,400 sqm of space. The building is already 75% leased, and tenants from the logistics and distribution sectors have taken possession of their premises. The final available unit, measuring approximately 3,300 sqm, remains available for lease. The investment marks another stage in the development of the location, where Accolade has been present since 2018.

Accolade Expands Park Kielce. Tenants Take Over Space in the New Building

Accolade has been active in Kielce for eight years, with the first premises in the park handed over to tenants as early as 2019. Once the new phase is completed, Park Kielce will comprise nearly 68,000 sqm of modern industrial and logistics space. The expansion is the result of continuous market monitoring, changing business needs, and the growing importance of the region’s transport infrastructure, including the S7 expressway. The new building responds to demand from companies seeking well-connected facilities for regional logistics, distribution, and local market operations.

Park Kielce serves as a last-mile logistics location for the region. Its location within the city limits facilitates access for employees and efficient service of the local market, while being situated outside the city center enables the effective organization of heavy transport and logistics activities. Parks of this type meet the needs of companies that aim to stay close to end customers, shorten delivery times, and optimize distribution processes.

“At Accolade, we believe in the organic growth of our locations. We do not think in terms of individual buildings, but rather in terms of creating long-term value. Kielce is an excellent example of this approach—we secured land in advance and had been observing the region’s growing potential for a long time, supported among other factors by the development of the S7 route. Today’s expansion of the park is a natural consequence of this process and a response to tenant demand,” says Agnieszka Niezgodzka, Director of Asset Management at Accolade Poland.

Companies from the logistics and automotive parts distribution sectors have already taken over their space in the new building. They occupy more than 5,100 sqm of cross-dock space and over 5,000 sqm of warehouse space, respectively. The tenant mix confirms the attractiveness of Park Kielce for businesses seeking well-connected facilities for regional logistics, distribution, and servicing the local market.

From the outset, Accolade has viewed its investment in Kielce as a long-term commitment to the development of the region. In addition to its business activities, the company also supports local social and environmental initiatives. One example of this approach is the co-financing of the Mediterranean Garden at the Kielce Botanical Garden. The new phase of Park Kielce will contribute to the creation of more than 100 jobs.
