Accolade wins two titles at the CEE Investment Awards 2026

Recognised as both Core Investor and Value-add Investor, Accolade demonstrates how long-term stability and active value creation can go hand in hand.

Accolade wins two titles at the CEE Investment Awards 2026

Accolade has received two awards at the 16th EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards, winning in the Core Investor and Value-add Investor categories. The recognition highlights two complementary aspects of the company's investment strategy: building a portfolio of stable, income-generating assets while identifying opportunities to create long-term value through new developments and brownfield regeneration.

The awards were presented on 29 October in Warsaw, at a ceremony attended by more than 250 real estate professionals from across Central and Eastern Europe.

From value creation to long-term investment

Accolade's investment approach combines the development of modern parks in locations with strong growth potential with carefully assessed acquisitions of high-quality industrial assets.

Recent acquisitions in Poland, the Rzeszów Airport III logistics complex and the Kaufland distribution centre in Bydgoszcz, both completed in partnership with the Conseq  fund, illustrate the company's focus on established, income-generating properties.

At the same time, Accolade continues to unlock the potential of underused industrial sites. Brownfield developments account for approximately 30% of its portfolio, transforming former industrial land into modern facilities that support local economies and attract new businesses. In the Czech Republic, a recent example is Prague Business Park, built on the site of the former Kovošrot scrap metal yard in Prague’s Dolní Měcholupy. After demolition and site remediation, construction of the first phase began in June 2026, and the first building is scheduled for completion in February 2027.

These two approaches are closely connected. By developing, leasing and retaining its properties for the long term, Accolade creates assets that combine lasting investment value with opportunities for further growth.

15 years of shaping the European industry

The double recognition comes as Accolade celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. Since its founding in 2011, the company has grown into a major pan-European industrial real estate investor present in 10 countries, with a managed portfolio of 3.9 million sqm valued at over EUR 4 billion, serving over 200 tenants.

Central Europe remains the core of the business. The region accounts for 3.6 million sqm of the portfolio, valued at EUR 3.7 billion, with a further 3.2 million sqm in the development pipeline, including new projects in Croatia.

The awards recognise Accolade's long-term approach to industrial real estate investment and its commitment to creating lasting value for tenants, investors and the regions in which it operates.
